Must have Bed Time Skin Care Routine # Natural Beauty Tips

Hi Everyone !!

After a long tiring day at office or at home, with the onset of stars, we just want to go to bed as quickly as we can. But because of tiredness and laziness(like me!!) we skip skin care routine and this is the biggest mistake that women do. Sometime women think that they are using high quality skin products so skipping skin  care at night would not make any difference. But we all should remember that night skin care is as  or rather more important than that in the morning. Our skin breath, relax and rejuvenate when we sleep. 

Our skin cells gets damaged after coming in contact with dust, pollution, sun light and other harmful environmental elements. This makes the skin look dull and pre-mature ageing effect starts robbing us of our youthfulness. A good night care routine prevents our skin from all these damages.

There are some skin care tips that will help you to choose your best night care routine.

1.  Clean your face and Remove Make-up (If applied) :

If you apply make up then don't forget to remove it. You can use make-up remover lotion. There are so many good make-up remover lotions available in Indian market.
You can also use Coconut Oil Or Baby Oil containing Vitamin-E. Even in winters, Cold Cream can also be used for make-up removal.
Use cotton to clean your skin. Use it very gently. Don't rub it harshly. It could damage your skin.

2.  Take a warm bath :

It will remove dust from your body. It also gives you relaxation.
Use lukewarm water to bath. Hot or cold water can harm your skin and hairs. They makes them dry. Wash your face with face wash. Choose your face wash carefully. There are many face washes available in market for different skin types. First know your skin type and then accordingly choose your face wash. Wrong face wash can harm your skin.

3.  Face pack  : 

There are so many face packs available in market for different skin type. You can choose one of them or you can go to your kitchen. Trust me, You have so many natural products that can be used as face packs. I always prefer natural products for my face mask and hair mask. There are some tips for you to make your own face pack.

I) Apply Fuller's earth (Multani Mitti) daily at night for 20 minutes. It's a good face mask for oily skin. But if your skin type is dry then Mix sugar or honey with this.

II) Take Almond paste and add some milk. Apply the mixture for 10 mins and then wash your face with lukewarm water. If your have oily skin then avoid this face mask because almond past and milk both can increase oil on your skin.

III) If your skin got tanned or sun burn, Apply Tomato on face and neck for 10-15 minutes and then wash it off. But remember tomato doesn't suit everyone. Sometime it can pop a pimple.

IV) Take small amount of Sandal powder and add some rose water. Apply this paste on your face and neck. Wash it off when it dries. It provides a much required cooling effect to your skin.

V) My personal favourite face pack:
    Take Besan (Gram flour). Add a pinch of turmeric and then add rose water or milk. If you have oily skin then avoid milk. Apply it on face and neck and after 20 minutes wash it off with cold water.

4. Lip Care

Don't forget to apply lip balm every night before going to bed. It softens your lips and prevents cracking. 
You can use Ghee Or Coconut Oil as your lip balm.
If your lips are black and cracked, you can apply Honey with sugar and rub it softly and then wash. Sugar removes dead skin cells from the lips and honey moisturises them.

5. Comb your hair :

For strong hair comb your hairs every night before going to bed. It improves blood circulation and makes your hair shiny and strong.
Don't make braid at bed time. Let them feel free. If you have long hairs then just tie them with rubber to make a ponytail.

For younger and beautiful skin night care routine is very important. It should be an important part of your daily routine. But yes, Only night care is not important, you should have a good sleep.  Lack of sleep causes many skin problems like dark circles, dryness, wrinkles etc. So have a good sleep.
